The art of following the right methods is the secret of constant growth and development. The great thing about these methods is you can totally take control over them and make them as your daily habits, so develop these habits that appear to have a positive impact on your personal growth.
Here are few methods that may help you to make yourself better each day:
Live in reality. First and foremost, forget about social media and fantasy world. You will instantly notice, on what else you can spend that time and make it worth. This will literally help you focus on what you really need in your life and spend additional few hours with benefit.
Be willing to change. If you want to make yourself better then you have to be willing to change. It's the only way to better yourself and also the beginning of your personal growth.

Avoid negative people. Bad companions corrupt good morals. If you are friends with negative people as their minds are corrupted with negative thoughts, they try to force there thoughts on you and they don't allow you to grow. So its important that you avoid negative people and associate with positive ones in both your professional and personal life.
Learn to forgive. Forgiving people is not always an easy thing to do. We all have been hurt by another person at some time or the other---we were treated badly, trust broken, hearts were hurt. whatnot, everyone goes through a lot of pain which is injected to our heart by others. We get trapped in a cycle of anger and hurt, and miss out on the beauty of life as it happens. So don't hold onto pain, reliving it, and you need to learn to let go, so that you can move on and lead a "HAPPY LIFE".
Be yourself. Stop worrying and start living. If you want to see people around you happy, you learn to be happy first. Don't focus on other peoples opinions and thoughts, you should know that you cannot always make everyone happy. So live your life to the fullest in your way.
