Practice SELF LOVE !

Hey you! Did you know that you are very special? Why do you always love others more than you love yourself? Have you ever noticed that no one else could play your role better than you? There is no other person in this world is as unique as you are. You deserve to be loved not only by the people around you also by the most important person of your life---"YOU".

Practice self love
If there is only one lesson that you learn in this entire year, that is : You are absolutely the most important person in your entire universe. Self-love is the root of happiness. It is essential to live your best life and your dream life. If you want to start transforming yourself and the life around you, start it with self-love. 

Practicing self-love is not about being self absorbed it's about getting in touch with yourself, your soul, happiness. Self love is dynamic, it grows through actions that mature us. when we act in ways that expand self-love in us, we begin to accept much better our weaknesses as well as our strengths. Your relationship with yourself is the most defining factor in shaping the kind of life you live. The less you love yourself, listen to yourself and understand yourself, the more angry, and frustrating your reality will be. But when you being and continue to love yourself more, the more everything you see, everything you do, and everyone you interact with, starts to become a little bit better in every way possible. So do yourself a favor, start to love yourself first. It might not be the easiest thing in the world to do, but definitely the most important thing in your life. 

Here are few things that could help you develop self-love and make you to shower your love on your body and mind :

            > Eat healthy
            > Exercise regularly
            > Talk with yourself
            > Let go of the past 
            > Compliment yourself
            > Follow your passion
            > Respect yourself
            > Give yourself the space to feel your emotions
            > Never compare
            > Pamper yourself
            > Do things differently (in your way)
            > Follow your heart
            > Start a journal  
           
Stop feeling regret for what you are and start accepting your flaws. Believe that your imperfections make you unique. Throw away all the shit you feel as your weaknesses. Start loving yourself and be grateful for what you have in your life and accept who you are and what you are! That alone makes you strong.
